Just visit these PTP and CPM networks and promote their links and ads. You can promote them on your website or even in traffic exchange and jingling. Of course you have to check their terms of service before advertising in TEs or jingling. I will explain in another article how to use jingling, traffic exchange sites and so on and of course which sites you should join.
